Dear Infidel By Stacie Theis Dear Infidel takes readers on an intriguing journey through the lives of several family members as they come together to celebrate Eid ul-Fitr.The families have grown apart and as they come together to celebrate they are forced to deal with the changes they have all undergone. The strained relationships are prevalent and mirror many families of today as each person goes their own way and creates their own existence. As the war in Iraq rages on the struggles within this Muslim family are magnified.The story is complex and original with subplots many readers can relate to. The author's use of vivid detail and rich characters makes Dear Infidel worth checking out.
