It was a little predictable and had a few too many "bad" people suddenly decide to start doing the right thing, but it was nevertheless well-written and enjoyable. I was reading it to find good books for my children to read, and I immediately sent it to the Kindles of my 12, 10, and 8 year olds as soon as I finished it. The oldest read it right away and enjoyed it as well.
